Weitzel Banjo Gaurantee

Weitzel Banjo guarantees that you will love your banjo and components. Play your banjo and use individually purchased components for two weeks upon receipt and if they do not live up to your expectations, contact us and if we can't fix the problem, return it for a full refund (less return shipping costs).

Your instrument and individual components are warranted to be free from defects in materials or craftsmanship for as long as you (the original owner) own it. Any necessary repairs or replacements will be gladly made free of charge (less actual shipping costs) upon receipt of the offending part. Ordinary wear and tear or accidental damage will gladly be repaired as well, but will be charged an hourly shop rate.
